Villa La Forca is a spacious 500 m² villa for up to 10 adults across two floors. It features 5 comfortable bedrooms, bright living areas, air conditioning/heating, and a fully equipped kitchen with island. Outside you’ll enjoy a private pool on a 14,000 m² fenced plot with large garden, terraces, BBQ, loungers and panoramic countryside views. Quiet location near Santa Margalida (1 km) and only 11 km to the beach—ideal for families or groups.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a large living and dining area with direct access to the terrace, pool area, and a conservatory with BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining in any season. Two generous bedrooms on this level offer direct access to the garden and pool area.

Upstairs are three additional comfortable double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathrooms, all with a TV and air conditioning. The villa accommodates up to 10 adults, making it perfect for families or groups who value space as well as privacy.

The outdoor area is a true highlight: a large private swimming pool (12 x 6 m) with children’s playground, sun loungers, shaded lounge areas, BBQ facilities, and panoramic countryside views create the perfect setting to relax and unwind.

Due to the size of the property and the extensive cleaning and preparation required between stays, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible. We appreciate your understanding.

However, you are very welcome to drop off your luggage earlier by prior arrangement, so you can start enjoying your day without having to carry your bags. Service included!
